STEPS TOWARDS HEALING:  5K FOR MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS

Everyday people in our community face anxiety, depression, burnout, and trauma; often in silence.  This race is our way of saying:

You Don't
Have To.

Group of Runners

This 5K isn’t just about crossing a finish line.

Mental health challenges affect families, workplaces, schools, and entire communities every single day. Anxiety, depression, trauma, and burnout.

These aren’t abstract statistics. They’re employees trying to stay productive. They’re parents trying to hold it together. They’re teenagers trying to figure out who they are.

And too often, they’re doing it alone.

This race is our way of saying: You don’t have to.

Running Is a Visible
Statement .

When hundreds of people lace up and show up, it sends a powerful message that mental health deserves the same attention, urgency, and community support as physical health.

Running is symbolic.

It represents movement. Progress. Endurance.

The same things are required in the journey toward healing.

Each mile represents:

  • Breaking stigma

  • Supporting access to care

  • Strengthening families

  • Creating healthier workplaces â€‹â€‹

This run is a community declaration.
