Transition to a New Electronic Health Record (EHR) System!

We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you! As part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with the highest quality care and improving the overall experience, we will be transitioning to a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This change will bring a host of benefits designed to enhance our services, making them more efficient, secure, and user-friendly


Our new EHR system, Credible, will consolidate all the tools we've been using into one seamless platform. This means you'll be able to log into your therapy sessions (still via Zoom), access your own personal portal, and communicate with your care team—all in one place. This will streamline the process and eliminate the need for multiple platforms like DocuSign.

  • Effective Date: The new EHR system will be fully implemented on February 1, 2025

  • Benefits of the New System:

    • Better communication: More efficient sharing of information with your care team and other providers.

    • User-friendly: Easier navigation for our team, resulting in more streamlined visits and better service delivery.
       

 

 

What You Need to Know:

  • What’s Changing: Your medical records will be transferred to the new system. You may notice changes in how we interact with you during appointments, as we adjust to the new system's features.

  • No Action Required from You: You don’t need to do anything on your end; we will manage the transition. However, if you have any specific questions or concerns about your medical records, please feel free to reach out to us.

  • Access to Your Records: Once the transition is complete, you will have continued access to your records through our patient portal, which will be enhanced with additional features to help you manage your healthcare more effectively.
